How to Order

Orders can be made either using the cart or by mail. Do it securely and easily online using Paypal and your credit card, paypal account or bank account. Just use the shopping cart set-up on this site. Quick, easy, safe and painless. The charge will appear on your credit card statement as "PayPal Gwendolyn Richards or rowenlynn@yahoo.com."

You don't need to sign up for a Paypal account to use a credit card.

This is why I use Paypal to process online orders. It's widely used, secure, and has built-in buyer and seller fraud protection. Paypal is an online service which allows you to send money using a credit card or bank account at no cost to you. Paypal automatically encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Note: Minnesota residents will be charged sales tax.

Wholesale
Since I am a small business, I do not (yet) mass produce. Since wholesale works on the Net 30 principal, I have to consider inquiries on an individual basis.  Please send me an email at wholesale_at_gwendolart.com (replace with @ ; prevents spambots) or snail mail the following information:

• Store Name
• A brief description of the store
• Years in business
• Your resale/tax number
• Your Name
• Address
• Phone number
• Email address
• Website (if you have one)

Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated based on the total purchase amount inside the US via USPS (U.S. Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail). I ship within 3-6 days of receiving the order (Or contact you if there will an unavoidable longer wait). If you want faster shipping, such as, FedEx overnight, contact me and we’ll work it out. 

International Orders
International orders to countries outside the U.S. are accepted if you pay using PayPal. However, an additional shipping fee will be assessed for these orders. This fee will be sent to you as a separate PayPal invoice after I receive your order. This invoice will contain simple directions about how to pay it using PayPal. Once this fee is paid I can ship your order.

Returns
I want you to be happy with your order. Please note, due to the nature of handmade items and the availability of certain paper, ribbons, and colors may vary slightly from what is pictured. I will try my best to match. If there's no consoling you, or if an item has been damaged, I will refund or exchange or give you a tearful apology and the big-sad-eyes-look. Please email me and let me know you'll be returning work and why before sending it. In the event your purchase is damaged when you receive it, email me returns_at_gwendolynart.com immediately and we will make arrangements for replacement, repair or refund.

Privacy Policy
I know how important privacy is. I assure you, none of the personal information that you give will be sold or shared with anyone else. Paypal has it's own policy, but I will keep any information provided directly to me completely confidential for my personal records.

About my stuff
I LOVE the 'net! Seems everybody is making their own crafts and selling it.

Many of my cards are printed on 110 lb. cardstock, each with a white or a complimentary / coordinating colored envelope. Most I leave my interiors blank, so you may add your personal touch. Each card is packaged in a cello sleeve for protection.

Join the mailing list. Be alerted about new products and have your name entered into the monthly drawing for a 25%-off coupon (good for anything in the store - no minimum or maximum)
